Alethea Naumann heads the Del Mar Customer Service and Claims department. As the VP of Customer Service, Alethea is responsible for all complaint handling, resolution and claims discovery. She ensures that world class customer service is achieved with each and every interaction. Alethea has held various leadership roles where she was responsible for increasing productivity and achieving results. Her experience in Customer Service and management span over 21 years. Most recently Alethea held the role of Vice President at Bank of America. She was responsible for running a large financial center. Alethea was able to drive results for her center and was recognized as number one in the region for compliance and customer service. She earned her bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University.
