Del Mar utilizes the most advanced security protection technologies available today to safeguard user data. We back our security practice by maintaining standards that meet SOC 2 compliance. Our internal controls are routinely audited by approved SOC 2 auditors to ensure we are meeting the Trust Service Principles.
Del Mar holds itself to the highest standards in the repossession management industry, and conducts tests and controls of all policies. Our goal is to maintain the reputations of Del Mar and its clients. All vendors must meet and maintain our stringent standards to work with Del Mar. Our Vender Management team closely manages all vendor information including Insurance Certificates, Contracts, Licenses, Bonds and additional documentation considered essential by our clients.
Del Mar’s extensive internal training includes two weeks of classroom instruction along with four weeks of hands-on coaching. Successful graduates of classroom training will have a thorough knowledge of the repossession industry, applicable laws, regulations, cyber security, and complaint managing. Ongoing compliance education is a performance requirement for all employees and includes training on industry laws and regulations.
